This immigration type applies to individuals and families who applied for refugee visas (subclass 200) and were found to be owed protection. For example, if an individual applies for this visa, their children may join once the individual is granted permanent residency.

The humanitarian program

Child Visa (Subclass 400)

Australia Skilled immigration

  6. Applicant’s net worth should be at least AUD5 million.
  7. Applicants must spend AUD5,000 every year to maintain the immigration status of Premium Investor visa (PIV) program immigration.
  8. Applicant’s country of residence must meet the “no substantial criminal activity” immigration requirement of Australian immigration.
  9. Applicant must make an AUD15m complying investment, which can be made by direct acquisition of a complying business or indirect contribution to the same.
  10. Applicant must not have been involved in immigration fraud as per immigration rules and regulations of Australian immigration.
  11. Applicant’s existing business should meet Australian immigration requirements for ‘business skills’ as well as comply with the essentials of doing business
